Fall / Winter Fishing: Gag Grouper are biting on the rock piles.
While the weather is cooling down, Fish are showing up in good numbers and  we are having many pleasant days with highs in the 70’s. Trout are making a good showing on the flats and mackerel moving through the area are feeding on bait schools, look for the birds and you’ll find the fish.

The rain held off and it was nice out I ran back to the same spot we fished yesterday and wouldn’t you know it  pushed up in a hole next to the mangroves there was some redfish a big school swimming around chase-in mullet so with a quick cast of the net and a dozen mullet in the box we quick chucked some up and droped it next to the mangroves and less than a minute the first reds in the box and a beautiful redfish 25″ nice color and size. After a few days of nothing but rain it was good to get back on the water. And just wouldn’t you know it the redfish bit was just like you expect, BANG-IN!! Flood tide back in the mangroves on a hunk of fresh cut mullet was the ticket  fish after fish and the reds just keep cumin you want to get on some redfish just let us know. Book your trip now. Rain Rain go away come back another day, Our crew today were hard core and hell bent on catching some redfish so who do you call yep the CRGA. We dodged a hand full of rain and got wet more than once but still managed to put fish in the box. The redfish are in big schools were seeing over a hundred + fish per school casting at will and hooking up 2 and 3 at a time this hot spot is more that hot it’s red hot lol….  you want to fish rain or shine we have the trip for you. Chris Savage Spent a half day of fishing with the CRGA Chris limited out in less than a half an hour so we spent the rest of the trip catch and release fishing. In the short amount of time Chris landed 15 trout 20″ plus. and at least 20 m0re fish at 15″ plus what a great day of trout fishing more fish than we have seen in years. Today we fished Trout, Cobia and Shark out at the spoil banks with Jess, Joe and David. Trout fishing was on fire with plenty of  Silvers and a few Specks. Spent some time fishing the spoil banks and made a Cobia then off  to the Shark hole where David  hooked and landed his first Hammerhead Shark.
